PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom ventilator and dryer capable of easily connecting a duct joint to a suspending frame. SOLUTION: In the bathroom ventilator and dryer to be installed to a suspending frame 8 under a roof, a horizontally long groove 17 is bored in a side surface of the suspending frame 8, and a lower hook-shaped locking piece 24 engabeable with the groove 17 on the suspending frame side surface is provided on a mount plate 19 of the duct joint 18 to be installed to the suspending frame 8.
