PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and correctly inspect whether or not an axial force detector detecting an axial force acting on a derricking cylinder is normal. SOLUTION: When a boom storage detector 82 detects a state where a boom is placed on a boom rest, a timer circuit 65 of a controller 60 starts measuring the time, and finishes the time measurement after a lapse of a predetermined time (the time after the boom is placed on the boom rest and the supply of pressure oil to the derricking cylinder 24 is stopped and until pressure in a cylinder chamber of the derricking cylinder 24 is decreased to an atmospheric pressure level). After the timer circuit 65 finishes the time measurement, a determination part 64 of the controller 60 determines whether or not the axial force detector 80 outputs a predetermined axial force.
