<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering shirt making a severe bedridden elderly or patient hardly rolling over on her (his) own have no need for changing her (his) body position when put on or off the shirt so as to reduce her (his) pain, and also reducing a burden on a care giver. <P>SOLUTION: The covering shirt is provided with a sleeve part 12, a front body part 13 joined to the front side fabric of the sleeve part 12, a back shoulder part 14 joined to the back side fabric of the sleeve part 12.
