SYRINGE AND METHOD FOR INJECTING FLUID MEDICAMENT INTO PATIENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe capable of effectively holding the skin in a stable state to an injection tube of the syringe when injecting a fluid medicament, and to provide a method for injecting the fluid medicament.

SOLUTION: The syringe has a substantially cylindrical member formed with a partition chamber 40; the injection tube 42; a driving means connected to the injection tube 42 to deliver the fluid medicament through the injection tube 42; and a pump for creating partial vacuum inside the partition chamber 40 when pressing to hold the open end of the cylindrical member to a patient. Vacuum created inside the partition chamber 40 sucks the patient's skin into the partition chamber 40, positions the tip of the injection tube 42 to the patient's skin and holds the skin in the stable state so as not to relatively move with respect to the tip. In this state, the fluid medicament is injected.
