<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To multiply capture intellectual activity of an organization using various communication means such as an electronic mail, telephone or a direct dialog to decide a situation of interaction of the organization. <P>SOLUTION: By converting a log of each communication performed by the different communication means such as the electronic mail, the telephone or the direct dialog into an information acquisition time spent for acquisition of information about the communication, the log of each the communication is converted into a common index, and is displayed. Relation between a transmitter and a recipient in the log of each the communication is converted into relation between a transmission organization and a reception organization, the log of each the communication converted into the common index is totaled in organization units, and is outputted as a situation of the communication of the organization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
