The present invention refers to a fitting for shoes or trainers which provides strength and direction to a match ball when is kicked with the heel. The fitting is characterized in that it is triangular-shaped, manufactured out of micro porous rubber, inserted into the shoe by being upwardly and downwardly rotated. Said fitting embodies a height of 7 cm at the rear portion of the shoe, and 5 cm at both sides of thereof extending from the sole to the upper right fitting portion, the invention besides facilitating hat- and heel-tricks protects heel against strikes and slides. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a shoe or trainer fitting totally different from those currently available on the market, which main characteristic is to easily achieve the football hat- and heel-tricks, and to position the ball at the required place.
