PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable speed driving system wherein a current for obtaining a desired torque is minimized, and low torque ripple and high output are realized, by eliminating a zero-phase current which flows in an AC motor and is unnecessary and reducing copper loss. SOLUTION: A control unit 50A outputting driving pulses for an inverter 20 and driving pulses for a semiconductor switch arm 40 forms the driving pulses for the inverter 20, in such a manner that a value obtained by adding a neutral point induced voltage component containing harmonic component which is multiplied by the number of phases of an AC motor 30A to an original voltage command value of each phase is made a new voltage command value of each phase. |
