The compensating cables 18a, 18b are anchored to pulleys 14, 20a and 20b centred at 9, 13 but fast with arms (1), 2 and pass over free pulleys 22a, 22b on the other ends of beams 3b and around the free trolley pulleys 21a, 21b. The other compensating cables 37a, 37b are anchored to pulleys 39a, 39b fast with arm 2 and pass over free pulleys 40a, 40b on pivot 13, around the free trolley pulleys 41a, 41b and over free pulleys 42a, 42b on the end of beams 3a to a similar end anchorage on arm (1).
