<p>An imaging system (10) is disclosed for imaging and registering recordable media (16). The imaging system (10) includes an input opening (50) through which recordable media (16) may be input to the imaging system (10), an imaging unit (18), a registration unit (46) and an output opening (70) through which registered imaged media (16) may exit the imaging system (10). The imaging unit (18) is for imaging the recordable media (16) that is received through the input opening (50), and provides imaged media (16). The registration unit (46) is for receiving imaged media (16) from the imaging unit (18), and for registering the imaged media (16) by creating registration features in the imaged media (16).
