Pressing a dispenser moves a piston, thereby introducing air into a tube in a cylinder. The pressure in the cylinder is increased and liquid is discharged out of an outlet orifice situated in the upper part of the dispenser. The outlet orifice may be regulated to be adapted to the required quantity of toothpaste.
