The proposed capacitive moisture meter contains an oscillator, a reference element, a capacitive moisture detector, a feedback circuit for stabilizing voltage at the moisture detector, and additionally, a voltmeter for measuring voltage amplitude values, a digital photometer, and a displaying unit. The reference element and the humidity detector are connected to the output of the oscillator. The voltmeter is connected to the terminals of the reference element and the moisture detector. The terminals of the voltmeter and the photometer are connected to the corresponding inputs of the displaying unit.
