The proposed analog-digital phase changer contains a signal input unit, a timer, and a timing circuit. The timing circuit contains a start pulse former, two timers, and a RS trigger, which is designed for restoring the signal waveform. The outputs of the timers are connected to the corresponding inputs of the trigger.
