Method of obtaining the polyol for subsequent production of polyurethane foams, at which the waste of polyethylene terephthalate, polyurethane foam, vegetable oils are consecutively sorted, washed, dried, grinded, the ground waste are subjected to the chemical process of glycolysis in the presence of glycols at temperature and pressure assigned by production process. As a result of said operation we obtain the product in the form of polyols with different molecular weight for further production of polyurethane foams. In this case the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of the obtained polyol after obtaining of finished product is made. Additionally said polyols, depending on the formula, are selectively supplied into the mixingreactor, in which the mixing of obtained polyols with the additives corresponding to the production process is made. Product in the form of polyol component for subsequent production of polyurethane foams is obtained during mixing of polyols with the additives.
