The present invention relates to a hinge for shutters. The hinge according to the invention is attached to the shutter by means of a cylindrical protrusion (2) of a hinge plate (1) and a clamping bolt (4). Furthermore, the hinge comprises a pair of sleeves (18, 19) arranged in a hinge hub (9) and cooperating with a pivot (T) of a shutter bracket (N). The lower sleeve (19) is formed with a groove (26) which cooperates with a notch hook (27) of an automatic snap mechanism (28).
