SUBMERSIBLE MOTOR

The proposed submersible motor contains a stator and a rotor. The shaft of the rotor is supported by radial sliding bearings in the stator casing. At the outside surface of the box of each bearing, cylindrical slots are provided. In each slot, a spring latch is installed. The axis of the slot is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotor. The latch is designed as a convexo-concave spring washer with a projection that fits the corresponding recess of the slot. The part of the latch that extends off the slot is shaped as a spherical segment.
