A device for collecting phytophilous invertebrates contains guides, a trap chamber, which is formed by frames, a cutting element and net. The device has a body, made as a hollow rectangular, sides of which are frames, one of which is made as a split one and consists of two movable parts, and the upper and lower ribs of a front frame of the body are guides, whereon kinematic pairs are arranged in such a manner as to allow longitudinal movement. Cutting elements are attached to the lower part of the kinematic pairs and horizontal rods to the upper one. Each movable part of a rear frame consists of a hinging multiplex parallel crank mechanism, a vertical rod fixed between a horizontal rod and a cutting element. A drive of the parts of the rearframe and cutting elements, which is hingedly fixed by the opposite sides to each kinematic pair, made as a wavy plate connected with a heater. The wavy plate is made of a material which has a thermomechanical memory of change in the form. A means of cutting off undergrowth is made as an L-like movable rod, placed in an additional guide, which is attached to the upper rib of one of side frames of the body.
