FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has Böhler frame, Ilizarov apparatus, half-ring for carrying out skeletal extension with wire holders and wire and stirrup manufactured as half-ring for suspending load connected to the Ilizarov apparatus ring. Corbels are mounted in half-ring end holes having wire-fixing members fixed in peripheral corbel holes. Two plates are transversely attached to marginal rings of the Ilizarov apparatus. The plates are mounted on the Böhler frame crossing its metal carcass rods. Rollers provided with stopper are mounted on both sides of the plates in lower carcass rods projection by means of plastic tube pieces, brackets, plate, nuts and threaded rods. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course. ^ 5 dwg |
