The blocking comprises a reserve with prominence inside holdings (10) for preventing rotation of the base plate (41), another reserve having nose bullet (25) for limiting the needle (40) and base plate, and elastic body (30) with metal blade for preventing withdrawal of base plates. The metal blade blocks the opening in rest position and inflects the openings in work position. Receptacles luer placed between holdings receive syringes not provided with needles. An independent claim is also included for a method using the above device.
