It is possible to reduce power consumption in a communication format in which the transmission ratio occupies most of the communication between devices set in ultra-near distance. Upon reception of transmission data formed by a bit string, a radio transmission module section performs ON/OFF operation of the antenna switch connected to the antenna according to the data bit image and transmits the data as a reflected wave of the radio wave from the transmission destination generated by antenna load impedance fluctuation, by the back scatter method. The antenna switch is generally composed of an IC made of gallium arsenide and its power consumption is several 10 muW or below. Thus, it is possible to realize a radio image transmission of ultra low power consumption. |
