In the polycapillary (1A) formed by bundling a large number of thin tubes into a column through which X-rays (4) entering at an incident end face (1Aa) travel while reflecting totally and exit from an exit end face (1Ab) while being condensed or parallelized, an axis (8) is formed into a curved column and therefore X-rays (7) passing through the thin tubes and advancing straight with energy higher than that of the X-rays (5) to be condensed or parallelized out of the incident X-rays (4) are separated from the X-rays (5) to be condensed or parallelized.</p>
