ADSORBENT ADSORBING ANTIBODY AGAINST ß1 ADRENORECEPTOR

It is intended to provide a peptide selectively adsorbing an antibody against ß1 adrenoreceptor which is one of factors causing dilated cardiomyopathy. This peptide shows little side effects and can be immobilized on a support within a short time. Thus, it is usable in efficiently produce an adsorbent for the antibody against ß1 adrenoreceptor. It is also intended to provide an adsorbent comprising the above peptide immobilized on a support; an adsorption apparatus using this adsorbent; and a method of the adsorption of an antibody against ß1 adrenoreceptor. The above-described adsorbent and adsorption apparatus make it possible to efficiently adsorb and remove the antibody against ß1 adrenoreceptor from a liquid, in particular, a body liquid containing the antibody.
