WATER-SOFTENING PRODUCT, ITS PREPARATION AND ITS USE

A process for the preparation of a water-softening product, the process comprises: d) distributing onto a first web up to 1300 gm^-2 of a water-softening composition; e) sealing a second web to the first web; and cutting the combined first and second webs to form the water-softening product in the form of a flat container of size in the range from 80 to 300 cm² and containing at least 5 g of water-softening composition.
