摘要 |
The present invention refers to the construction industry, and more particularly to column metallic structures for supporting substantial stresses such as axial loads or shear rates. The state-of-the art structures comprises a substantial number of iron structures for supporting reinforced concrete columns; however, according to the modern construction requirements, said structures do not necessarily have a suitable diameter and height which comply with security standards in constructions where the columns are to be used. In the present invention a metallic structure has been developed for supporting a reinforced concrete column having a reduced diameter design and a suitable height. The metallic structure of the present invention comprises three or a plurality of metal sills for supporting a column, as well as one or a plurality of helicoidal elements for tightly assembling the sills together. Said helicoidal elements are assembled opposite to each other.
