<p>The pressure in the reaction chamber 12 (Fig. 1, not shown), of a Haber process apparatus, is detected by bellows attached to a twisted strip (see Division G4) whose degree of rotation is detected by the rotation of a nozzle fixed on the strip from which a fluid issues under pressure to impinge on a target with holes to receive the fluid to give a digital output which controls a valve 26 to control the output of ammonia 22.</p> |
