An optical information recording medium which performs high-density recording and reduces leakage of a signal to adjacent tracks (crosstalk). The optical information recording medium is provided with a first board having a pregroove; a base layer, a dye recording layer and a reflection layer formed in this order on the first board; and a second board bonded on the reflection layer through a bonding layer or an adhesive layer. The optical information recording medium has a pregroove track pitch of 0.1-0.6µm and a groove depth of 20-200nm.
