<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prompt proper business form item input in creating a business form by reflecting a business form processing rule set by an approver as an input regulation rule of a business form and displaying the input regulation rule as a message on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: A server 204 acquires an approval or denial processing condition of each approver to each item of the business form set from a client 202, registers it in a rule DB 208 as the business form processing rule, performs approval or denial processing of the business form circulated to the approver according to the business form processing rule corresponding to the approver stored in the rule DB 208, monitors input to each item of the business form in creating the business form performed from the client 202, reflects the business form processing rule corresponding to each approver stored in the rule DB 208 as the input regulation rule of each item of the business form, and notifies a circulation destination terminal in creating the business form about the effect that an input value to each item of the business form accords with the form processing rule when the input value accords with the business form processing rule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
