PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent audio signals by suppressing noise and vibration transmitted to a microphone. SOLUTION: A storing recessed part 11 opened to the outside is formed on a casing 11, the microphone 52 is held by a holder 56 formed by a vibration easing material and the holder 56 is supported by a supporting piece 54 in the storing recessed part 1102 so as to secure a space S between the holder 56 and the bottom wall 110 of the storing recessed part 1102. Noise generated in the casing 11 is eased by the bottom wall 1104 and a sidewall 1106 constituting the storing recessed part 1102, the space S and the holder 56. Since the space S is formed between the holder 56 and the bottom wall 1104, vibration generated in the casing 11 is prevented from being directly transmitted from the bottom wall 1104 to the holder 56.
