PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect a balloon expression method corresponding to the number of users who make a conversation on a notice board related with contents and the number of persons participating in a conversation expressing the the conversation flow by using a balloon. SOLUTION: In this method, the number of contributors related with a topic with the largest number of contribution in the contribution article group of a notice board for balloon display is obtained, the position of balloon display is determined on a two-dimensional map based on the obtained number of contributors, and a plurality of balloons are displayed at a display means based on the duplicate relation of the order of the display of the balloons and the contributors who display balloons.
