PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester laminate superior in a heat sealability and an aroma preserving property and being stably produced. SOLUTION: The polyester laminate comprises a polyester layer (C) containing a polyester resin (A) in which 5-80 mol% of all of the diol unit is one with a ring acetal skeleton and at least one layer selected from a resin layer (D) containing a resin other than the polyester resin (A) and a paper layer (E), and at least one surface layer is the polyester layer (C).
