PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phenol resin foam laminated sheet having an advantage wherein (i) the gas expanding phenomenon such as explosive breaking, the gas peeling of a surface material or the like between foam and the surface material can be prevented at the time of production and (ii) the manufactured phenol resin foam laminated sheet can keep the heat insulating capacity of a phenol resin foam even if the laminated sheet is brought into contact with an outside humidity atmosphere or moisture. SOLUTION: The phenol resin foam laminated sheet is characterized in that the surface material containing a thermoplastic resin film layer and a polyester fiber nonwoven fabric layer is provided at least on one main side of the phenol resin foam so that the thermoplastic resin film layer becomes the main surface side of the phenol resin foam.
