FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying natural geothermal vapor of Yangan-Tau mountain by alternating air-and-vapor and dry air baths. The air-and-vapor baths are administered at the beginning of treatment at 36-37°C and exposure time of 6-8 min with following temperature increase to 40-42°C and exposure time of 12-15 min. The dry air baths are administered with start temperature of 45-50°C during 10 min and the temperature is step-by-step increased to 60-65°C during 20 min. ^ EFFECT: marked anesthetic and anti-inflammatory action; normalized hemostasis and rheological blood properties. |
