PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming resistance capable of improving its producing efficiency. SOLUTION: The trimming resistance 20 has a resistor R11 so formed in a semiconductor substrate as to be able to trim it, a resistor R12 so formed in the semiconductor substrate as to be able to trim it and so connected with the resistor R11 as to be able to constitute a synthetic resistor R10 together with the resistor R11 in between an input terminal IN and an output terminal OUT, and an analog switch AS so formed in the semiconductor substrate as to connect it with the resistors R11, R12 and for making the resistance value between the input and output terminals IN, OUT which is synthesized when it is in ON-state lower than the one which is synthesized when it is in OFF-state.
