PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damage diagnosis method of a concrete member capable of detecting a damaged spot of the concrete member quickly and precisely by a simple method. SOLUTION: A strip-shaped ERIC 2 used for a conductive phase wherein carbon particles are arranged dispersedly is pasted on the concrete member 1, and imaged by an infrared camera 5 in the energized state of the ERIC 2, and damage diagnosis of the concrete member 1 is performed by an infrared image by the infrared camera 5.
