PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which exhibits excellent dust collection, wherein the collected dust is not easily separated, shows a foreign matter-removing effect even in wet conditions, can be utilized as a cleaning utensil for home use, a toothbrushing tool and the like, can temporarily post a memo or a small article on a wall or the like instead of Post-it, can hold a detergent and chemicals in a large surface area, and can also be utilized as a bandage. SOLUTION: The adhesive cloth is prepared by causing a specific adhesive to adhere to a specific cloth in a specific amount so that the adhesive coats the cross section of the fibers composing the cloth.
