PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organoxysilane compound having siloxane bonds, having weather resistance and persistence, soluble in usual organic solvents and imparting high water repellency and to provide a method for producing the compound. SOLUTION: The organoxysilane compound has the siloxane bonds and is represented by general formula (1): (R<SP>1</SP>)<SB>n</SB>SiäOSi(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>m</SB>(OR<SP>2</SP>)<SB>3-m</SB>}<SB>4-n</SB>(wherein, R<SP>1</SP>s are each the same or different 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group and at least one is a 3-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group; R<SP>2</SP>s are each a 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group; m is 0, 1 or 2; and n is 1, 2 or 3).
