PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing medicament put-out device 20 permitting efficient storage and take-out of medicaments based on the characteristics of dispensing medicaments such that the medicaments can be stored as aligned and can be sucked to be taken out. SOLUTION: This medicament put-out device comprises a large number of medicament cassettes 40, a support means 30 for holding the medicaments cassettes 40 in the horizontal state and arranged in the front/rear direction, and a medicament take-out mechanism 50 with a suction member 53c for taking out stored medicaments from an arbitrary medicament cassette 40 by raising the suction member after slackly inserting the suction member into a notch 41a formed in a front plate 41 of each medicament cassette 40. Each medicament cassette 40 has the front plate 41 and a bottom plate 42 fixed to each other for aligning and storing PTP packaged medicaments 10, left and right side plates 43 and 44, and a built-in energizing member 45 for advancing the medicaments 10. The notch 41a is formed in the front plate 41 at the center or from the lower side to the upper side, and the whole or front part 48 of the upper surface of the medicament cassette 40 is opened.
