MULTI-LAYER NETWORK, RELAY NODE DEVICE, ORIGINATOR NODE DEVICE, TERMINATING NODE DEVICE, AND REDUNDANT PATH ESTABLISHING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a means for establishing a higher-layer redundant path avoiding duplicative use of network resources of lower layers in a multi-layer network.

SOLUTION: In the case that a link to a next hop includes a path of a lower layer when establishing a redundant path of a higher layer, a relay node device 100 collects route information of the lower layer and gives bus request information and transmits them to a terminating node device 300. The terminating node device 300 gives the lower layer route information to path establishment report information and transmits them to an originator node device 200. Consequently, the originator node device 200 can confirms the disjoint property between a current redundant path and a standby redundant path including not only the higher layer but also the lower layer, whereby a redundant path which does not pass the same resources even in the lower layer can be established.
