<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexible packaging bag for heat cooking by a microwave oven which can be manufactured regardless of the kind of a film, has good dimensional stability in the width direction, and generates no curl on a product. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the flexible packaging bag for heat cooking by the microwave oven, from a rolled composite film (1), a process (A) for dividing it up and down, a folding part forming process (B), a process (C) for joining upper and lower films and inserting an easily releasable tape, a steam venting hole forming process (D), a process (E) for sticking the easily releasable tape and profile sealing, a bottom part seal forming process (F), a side part seal forming process (G), and a cutting process (H) are respectively continuously performed in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
