<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cell culture designed to carry out the cell culture while applying pulsation, create a simple and compact structure and facilitate operation or maintenance control. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for cell culture comprises a culture chamber for carrying out the culture of cells connected to a culture solution tank for temporarily storing the culture solution, a gas exchanging means for adjusting the oxygen and carbon dioxide partial pressures in the culture solution, a heating means for the culture solution and a culture solution feeding means for feeding the culture solution to the culture chamber with a conduit. The culture solution feeding means is equipped with a pump, a pump controller for controlling the maximum discharge rate of the pump and controlling the discharge rate so as to be periodically changed and a flow regulating valve for controlling the flow rate of the culture solution flowing through the interior of the conduit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
