PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device capable of continuously collecting sound with optimum directivity even when a frequency band of collected sound is dynamically changed. SOLUTION: A speaker array 1 is formed by arranging a plurality of speakers SM each being connected to an input sound signal processing section 2 or an output sound signal processing section 3 by a switch SW. Then the speakers SM are arranged in zigzag wherein the center positions in the horizontal direction of the speakers SM adjacent vertically to each other differ from each other. When the sound at a low frequency band is collected, a plurality of the speakers SM arranged at a prescribed pitch act like microphones between both ends of the speaker array 1 in the horizontal direction, and when the sound at a wide frequency band is collected, all of the speakers SM of two lines adjacent in the vertical direction act like microphones.
