METHOD OF DETECTING INFLUENZA BACILLUS, PRIMER SET FOR DETECTION OF INFLUENZA BACILLUS AND KIT FOR DETECTION OF INFLUENZA BACILLUS

A method of detecting influenza bacillus in which influenza bacillus can be detected accurately and rapidly; a primer set for detection of influenza bacillus; and a kit for detection of influenza bacillus. Nucleic acid amplification is carried out using a DNA of influenza bacillus as a template and using, as an embodiment, LAMP primers of SEQ ID NOS: 1 to 5, and any presence of amplification product is detected. When use is made of primers with sequences complementary to those of SEQ ID NOS: 1 to 5, not only is enhanced specificity attained but also excellent detection sensitivity and detection speediness can be achieved. As another embodiment, nucleic acid amplification is carried out using LAMP primers of SEQ ID NOS: 43 to 47, and any presence of amplification product is detected. Thus, capsulation b type influenza bacillus can be detected rapidly, easily and accurately in distinction from other capsulation type and non-capsulation type influenza bacilli.
