METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING WIRE SAW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly manufacture a wire saw to be used for a wire saw cutting-off apparatus. SOLUTION: A mixture liquid supply bath 20 has an anode therein and temporarily stores a mixture liquid having abrasive grains distributed in a plating liquid for the anode. The mixture liquid existing in the mixture liquid supply bath 20 flows into a hollow pipe 24 provided to the supply bath 20. A wire winding apparatus drives a wire 42 inserted into the hollow pipe 24. An electric current supply means makes the anode and the wire carry an electric current. By this configuration, a plating layer is precipitated on the surface of the wire 42 in the hollow pipe 24, and the abrasive grains are electrically deposited on the surface of the wire.
