PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein camera shake occurs in hand-hold photographing when the photographing direction of a camera is changed, and time and labor are required in photographing using a tripod when the direction is changed. SOLUTION: There is a means for enabling pan/tilt photographing by tuning to the operation in the rotation direction or opening/closing directions of a panel for displaying a captured image and vertically and horizontally changing the photographing direction while a camera body is being fixed.
