A management server (20) includes a determination unit and a notification unit. The determination unit determines a communication network (40, 50a, 50b, 60) to which a mobile terminal (10a-10d) connectable to a plurality of the communication networks by one telephone number is connecting. The notification unit issues a notice on the communication network connecting to the mobile terminal based on a result of the determination by the determination unit.
