The pliers has a support arm (1) receiving a spool (15) having an iron wire. A lever (5) has a toothed section rotating around an axle. The lever is handled to push the iron wire in a die (3) that guides the wire and forms a connection. The wire retaining the connection is cut by bringing together two handles (21, 22) to cause a lateral movement of the die. Movements of a roller and a spring mounted in a sliding support are adjustable.
