<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the intention of a proofreader is difficult to properly be reflected on an electronic draft when performing proofreading between a writer of a draft and a proofreader by using the electronic draft, the electronic draft is rewritten while the writer explains instructions, and a considerable amount of labor causing the lowering of productivity is required to the writer. <P>SOLUTION: Comments retaining operational contents regarding settings of an electronic draft are retained by being added to an electronic draft file. In the preview display of the electronic draft file, a string of characters or the like corresponding to the retained operational instruction comments 2101 is displayed by being overlapped on a preview image.
