PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, a structure deterioration detecting system, and a structure deterioration detection method capable of efficiently detecting deterioration. SOLUTION: IC tag embedded position data are stored in an IC tag embedded position data storage part 22 in a deterioration managing server 20. The IC tag embedded position data include data on IC tag identifiers, sewerage pipe identifiers and positions. An embeding tag is embedded in a sewerage pipe 100. The embedded tag exposed caused by the deterioration of the sewerage pipe 100 drifts to a drifting recovery facility 30 in accordance with sewage flow, and is read by an IC tag reader 31. A transmitter 32 transmits a deterioration notice to the deterioration managing server 20 via a network. Hereby, the deteriorated site can be specified. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
