摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves recording transpulmonary pressure and airflow speed with minute volume of spontaneous breathing at frequency of 16-20 respiratory movements per 1 min and depth equal to respiratory volume at inhalation and exhalation stage under condition of airflow interruption for 0.1 s in inhaling and exhaling under isovolumetric relations within 4-6 respiratory cycles. Total nonelastic lung tissue resistance is determined from ratio of alveolar pressure in inhaling and exhaling corresponding to dynamic transpulmonary pressure component received at the moment of airflow interruption to mean airflow speed before interrupting at inspiration and expiration stage. Bronchial nonelastic resistance is determined as ratio of alveolar pressure at inhalation and exhalation stage corresponding to dynamic transpulmonary pressure component at the moment of airflow interruption to mean airflow speed before airflow interruption at inhalation and exhalation stage. Nonelastic lung tissue resistance is determined at inhalation and exhalation stage by subtracting bronchial nonelastic lung resistance at inhalation and exhalation stage from the total nonelastic resistance at inhalation and exhalation stage, respectively. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy of measurements.
