PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus including an Internet connection limit function capable of carrying out connection limits separately under a plurality of levels without the need for a user to enter a connection condition. SOLUTION: The display apparatus includes: a separation section for separating program information and data information from a broadcast reception section; a storage section for storing a URL table classified by each of a plurality of levels from the data information separated by the separation section; a decode section for decoding the program information separated by the separation section; an Internet connection interface to be connected to the Internet; and a display section for displaying a video signal from the decode section and a browser signal from the Internet connection interface, and when receiving a URL, the display apparatus references the URL table, urges entry of a password corresponding to its level when the table includes the URL, and connects to the desired URL via the Internet connection interface when the passwords are coincident.
