PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption of hydraulic oil flow by cutting the supply of hydraulic oil to solenoid pressure control valves operated only in a second gear shift state, when a vehicle is in a first gear shift state, to achieve energy saving and resource saving. SOLUTION: The plurality of solenoid pressure control valves are respectively selectively operated, and oil pressure controlled by each solenoid pressure control valve is directly supplied to each of hydraulic servo portions respectively operating a plurality of frictional engagement elements to establish each gear stage. The plurality of solenoid pressure control valves are sectioned into a first group of solenoid pressure control valves operated in the first gear change state of the vehicle and a second group of solenoid pressure control valves operated only in the second gear change state occurring continuously from the first gear change state, and a control valve is mounted to cut the supply of hydraulic oil from a pressure regulator to the second group of solenoid pressure control valves in the first gear change state, and to permit the same in the second gear change state.
